UPSSSC PET 2023 – Application Fee

UPSSSC PET 2023 – Eligibility Criteria

UPSSSC PET Exam 2023 eligibility criteria, education qualifications, and age limits are provided in the released notification PDF. To avoid rejection, candidates must meet these criteria when applying for the exam.

Candidates applying for the exam must fall within the age range of 18 to 40 years, i.e., born between 01st July 1983 to 01st July 2005. Age relaxations will apply to specific categories as per the guidelines.

Educational Qualification – UPSSSC PET 2023

  • Only candidates who have cleared High school/Class 10th or any equivalent examination are eligible to apply for UPSSSC PET Exam.
  • Those who have not passed High school are not eligible to apply.

UPSSSC PET 2023 – Exam Pattern

As per the recent notice issued for UP PET Exam, the examination pattern is outlined as follows:

1. The exam will comprise objective-type multiple-choice questions.
2. A total of 100 questions will be included in the exam.
3. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours.
4. For every incorrect answer, there will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark deducted.
5. The difficulty level of questions for topics from serial numbers 1 to 9 will be by the NCERT Secondary/Senior Secondary level.
